1. How to order Puppy Recommendation Kits?

You can find links to the Order Puppy Recommendation Kits form in the pink bar at the top of every page as well as in several locations on the site.

Once you are on the order form page, check and confirm that your breeder information, contact information, and shipping address are all correct and fill out any missing information. You should contact your Breeder Support Representative if there is an issue with the Breeder ID.

Total number of packs should be equal to the litter size.

Click on the Submit button to place your order.

2. How to change my password?

  1. Click on “My Account” in the blue menu bar at the top of every page. You must be logged in for this item to be available.
  2. Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
  3. Once the change is complete, click “Submit”.

3. How to change my personal information?

  1. Click on “My Account” in the blue menu bar at the top of every page. You must be logged in for this item to be available.
  2. Change any information that needs to be updated. To keep the same password, leave those fields blank.
  3. Once all changes are completed, click “Submit”.

Note:  You cannot change your breeder ID or email address. Contact Eukanuba™ Rewards Canada if there is an issue with that information.

4. How can I go back to the EUKANUBA™ Canada official site?

Click on “EUKANUBA.CA” on the very top right of the website.

5. How do I submit my UPC codes from my retail purchases?

In order to maintain accuracy, we ask that you submit your UPC codes from your retail purchases in the pre-addressed envelopes provided to you.

If you require additional envelopes, please click here to submit your request.

Please include your name and address in the email.

6. How do I register a new puppy owner on Petfirst.ca?
